Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be in their original condition and include all tags and packaging.
• Custom and personalized orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or design, return the original item within 30 days and place a new order for the replacement.

Return Process

Contact Us: Initiate your return or exchange by emailing us at geri@puffinplacedesigns.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

 

Ship the Item: Send the item back in its original packaging. Note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

 

Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once your return is received, we will process the refund or send your exchange as requested. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
