At Puffin Place Designs, every item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, changing your mind, or providing incorrect order information.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at geri@puffinplacedesigns.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging (if available)

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
