At PuffinPlaceDesigns, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to an issue, please review our refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for:

  • Personalized or customized items (unless they are defective or damaged).
  • Items returned outside of the 30-day window.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos of the item showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

  3. If your refund is approved, you will be asked to return the item to us (if applicable). Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.


3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

4. Non-Refundable Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was our fault.

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your bank account or PayPal account for the refund.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
