At Puffin Place Designs, we want you to love your order. Every item is made especially for you once your order is placed, which allows us to offer unique designs while reducing waste.

If something isn't right with your order, please contact us. We're committed to providing excellent customer service and will work with you to find the best solution.


Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will gladly provide a refund or replacement if:

• Your item arrives damaged during shipping
• You receive the wrong item
• Your item has a manufacturing or printing defect
• Your order is lost in transit and deemed lost by the shipping carrier

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging (if available).

Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size, color, or product
• Changes of mind after purchase
• Slight color variations caused by monitor or screen settings
• Incorrect shipping information, personalization details, or other order information provided at checkout
• Personalized or customized items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Normal wear and tear after use

Product photos are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible. Slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings, device displays, and the printing process.
